How to Set-up Email for Windows OS

Follow these steps to create Email connection to Windows Mail

1. Click the Mail tile in the Start screen to open the Mail program
2. Click Settings
3. Click Manage Accounts
4. Click Advanced Setup
5. Select Internet Email
6. Complete the following fields
   • Email Address               type your full email address
   • User name                     type your full email address
   • Password                       type your email password
   • Account name               your full name
   • Incoming email server   mail.bss.systems
   • Account type                 IMAP
   • Outgoing email server   mail.bss.systems
   • The following should be selected and have a tick mark
     • Outgoing server requires authentication
     • Use the same user name and password for sending email
     • require SSL for incoming email
     • Require SSL for outgoing email
7. Click Sign In
8. Click Done

Windows Mail is now set up to send and receive emails.
