How to Set-up Email for Outlook 2016

Follow these steps to create Email connection to Outlook 2016

1. In Outlook, go to File
2. Click the Info tab
3. Click Add Account
4. Enter your full email address
5. Select Advanced Setup
6. Click to select Let me set my account manually
7. Click Connect
8. Select account type: IMAP
9. Complete the following fields
   • Incoming Mail
     • Server:  mail.bss.systems
     • Port:      993
     • Encryption Method:  Auto
   • Outgoing Mail
     • Server:  mail.bss.systems
     • Port:      465
     • Encryption Method:  Auto
10. Enter your password. You may need to enter the password more than once.
    • Remember password: (optional)
      • If you check the Remember password box. Outlook will not request it each time you log on.
      • If others use your computer, it's safer to enter your password each time you check mail. 
11. Click Ok
