1. On the Login Page, Select Reset Password
2. Enter your username (email) and the Code from the Picture then Select Request New Password
3. A message "Within a few minutes you will receive instruction on how to reset your password" will appear.
4. Open your email and locate email sender "BSS Helpdesk". If you can not locate it, please check your SPAM or JUNK folder.
5. Select Reset password
6. Nominate your password then select Login
7. Password Reset Successful. You are automatically logged-in into the Support Portal.
