2. Select Submit Ticket
3. Fill-up the form. Make the information as complete as possible.
A. Subject - Indicate the Process Name: Followed by the Issue/Concern (Top level or summary only)
Example: Blank RFQ: Not Printing
B. Message - Indicate the details. Please be specific as possible to eliminate message from going to you (where we ask for more details) and back to us (waiting for your response). Important: Always include the Reference or Cite number
C. Attached File - A screenshot of the error will help speed up the support process.
D. Server Type - Choose the type from the options given
E. Phone - A mobile or cellphone number where we can call you.
