- We value your online accounts security, hence BSS system will send a Confirmation Code to your cellphone number or email or both cellphone number and email depending on your chosen method

- Click Send Request Confirmation Code

- Every Confirmation Code has a corresponding Reference Code
- There is a unique Confirmation Code and Reference Code pairing.
- Once you have received a text message and/or an email containing the Confirmation Code, check if the six (6) character of the Reference Code in the text message and/or email matches the six (6) characters of the Reference Code in the Logon Security Confirmation screen.
- If they are the same, this means that the Confirmation Code sent via text message and/or email is the correct code to be entered in the Confirmation Code box
- The Confirmation Code is valid only for five (5) minutes.
- If you have not received a Confirmation Code, you may click on the “Regenerate Confirmation Code” button to request for a new set of “Reference Code” and “Confirmation Code”.

- If you choose SMS, you will receive a text message: Your Confirmation Number is 988961 to Reference Code GHTWFL. It will expire in 5 minutes. Thank you : BSS Security
- If you choose Email, check your email
- Sender: no-reply@bss.com.ph
- Subject: Account Password Recovery
- Type in the six (6) digit Confirmation Code then click Validate Confirmation
