How to recover My Password

  1. On the Login page, type your username
  2. click Forgot your password?

    •  

  3. Type your registered email address

    •  

  4. You have two ways to recover your password
    • If you want to recover your existing password, proceed to step 5
    • If you want to reset your password, proceed to step 12
  5. Click Request Password Recovery
  6. Click Close
  7. Check your email
    • Sender: no-reply@bss.com.ph
    • Subject: Account Password Recovery

       

  8. Click on the link or copy and paste it to your browser
  9. Select any of the two security question and type in your answer then click Recover Password

    •  

  10. If the answer to the security question is correct, recovered password will be displayed

    •  

  11. Proceed to Step 17
  12. Click Reset My Password
  13. Click Close
  14. Check your email
    • Sender: no-reply@bss.com.ph
    • Subject: Resetting Account Password

       

  15. Click on the link or copy and paste it to your browser
  16. Type your new password then click Submit

    •  

  17. Click Close then try to login again using the new or recovered password
