When the system does not response when you click on the PRINT button, please follow the steps illustrated below. Oftentimes the version of the browser you are using will affect your ability to view and use certain websites. In order to check compatibility, you may need to see what version of Internet Explorer your are using. Newer versions of Internet Explorer don't have the traditional menu bar, so you will need to use the new Gear menu. Older versions can access the version information from the Help menu.
1. Click the Gear icon. Newer versions of Internet Explorer have done away with the traditional Windows menu bar, and instead are controlled through the Gear icon in the upper-right corner of the Internet Explorer window.
2. Click About Internet Explorer. This is located at the bottom of the menu. A new window will appear.
2. The IE should be version 11. If NOT, upgrade IE to this version
3. If IE version is correct, Check Internet Settings. Click the Gear icon and Click Internet Options
4. Click Security Tab then click Trusted Sites then click Sites
5. Check if the following Websites are present, if NOT, Add them. Once done, Select Close

6. Select Custom Level
7. Locate "Initialize and script ActiveX not marked as safe for scripting" and select ENABLE. Once done, Select OK
8. Select Privacy Tab then Select Settings
9. Check if the following are present, if NOT, Add them. Once done, Select Close

10. Select Content Tab then Select Settings
11. Align settings as shown. Once done, Select OK
11. Select OK to close the Internet Options Pop-up page. Try to print again and it should work fine.
