Set up a Backup email address

On occasion, a user may forget their login password, the user can click the Forgot Password? link on the login page to receive instructions on how to reset their password. However, the user must have a backup email address on file to be able to reset their password.

To setup a backup email address, follow these instructions:

 

  1. Log into the webmail interface (www.webmail.yourdomain.com)
  2. Click the Settings icon.
  3. Select Account Settings in the navigation pane.
  4. Locate the User Box.
  5. In the Backup Email Address field, type the email address you would like to use as a backup in case you forget your password.
  6. Click Save
